Mark Karoul, PT
Mark has been a licensed physical therapist since 1997. His clinical experience ranges from pediatrics, geriatrics, amputees, wound care, sports orthopedics, pre and post surgical, neurological including spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, strokes and traumatic brain injuries. He was a rehabilitation director for a 142 bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in charge of patient care in regards to their overall rehabilitation needs including physical, occupational therapy and speech therapy. This experience allowed Mark to better care for his geriatric patients that required the full spectrum of rehabilitation services. He uses his strong medical and orthopedic background to provide excellent care and educate his patients.
Mark has worked closely with orthotists/prosthetics, diabetic foot care specialists, The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind, ALS Foundation, MS Society of Boston, and Visiting Rehab Services. He is a member of the APTA, APTA mass section, and a private practice member and aquatic member as well. He is involved in many continue education programs and attends several courses annually.
Mark’s interest in sports and well being extend far beyond the Physical Therapy world. He has owned and operated as the sole instructor of South Shore Kenpo Karate, a martial arts school for all ages located in nearby Stoughton from 1999 to 2010. He has been studying karate for the last 33 years. He has treated many Mixed Martial Artists and takes a special interest in those injuries. Mark’s karate teacher was an acupuncturist and his extensive teachings of the body inspired Mark at a young age to spark an interest in the profession of physical therapy.
Katharine Magri, DPT
Katharine Magri, DPT joined the National Physical Therapy team as a licensed physical therapist in 2013. Katharine is originally from Braintree, Massachusetts and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from Simmons College in Boston. She completed her undergraduate education by receiving a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Simmons College in 2011.
For her last clinical affiliation in graduate school, Katharine worked at Cincinnati Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center in Mason, Ohio. While in Ohio, Katharine worked with a diverse patient population and independently managed patients with a variety of sports injuries. Her clinical experience includes sports orthopedics and injuries, pre-and post-operative care, aquatics, and multisystem compromises.
Katharine is current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is dedicated to professional development and continuing education. Katharine also formerly worked for several years as a Camp Counselor and Waterfront Director at Camp Cody in Freedom, New Hampshire. In her spare time, she enjoys running 5ks and half-marathons, skiing, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Amanda Goodale, MSPT
Amanda received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2000 after also received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from BU. She has worked since then in an outpatient setting with her clinical experience including sports orthopedics and injuries, aquatics, lymphedema treatment, and pre- and post-operative care. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. A lifelong South Shore resident, in her spare time she enjoys Boston sports, working out and spending time with her children and family.
Kimberly Gada, DPT
Kim earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Umass Lowell and a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. She has worked with orthopedics, traumatic brain injuries, and neurological patients. She also has experience in Aquatics, providers lectures on running and is involved with our Med FIT program.
When she is not working Kim enjoys spending time with her family, and friends. She enjoys hiking, and running with her dog and is planning to begin training for a half marathon!
Kim is also a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a certified RockTape Doc. She is always looking for ways to further her education and stay current with research.
Tuan Nguyen, DPT
Tuan received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in 2014 and joins the National Physical Therapy team in 2015. He grew up in Randolph, MA and attended undergraduate at Mass. College of Pharmacy in Boston. Through previous clinical affiliations, he he been exposed to a wide variety of patient populations and and treatments including Aquatics, Lymphedema management, complex medical conditions, as well as pediatrics.
In his free time, Tuan enjoys lifting weights, traveling, and participating in obstacle runs, such as Tough Mudder. He is also an avid Boston sports fan and has attended multiple championship parades.
Tuan is a continual member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is dedicated to evidence based practice for optimal patient care.

Brian studied Exercise Physiology for 4 years at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst then earned an Associate’s degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Physical Therapy Assistant from Fisher College in 2001. He has worked since then in out-patient settings specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine for the past 12 years.

Oriana Christman, PTA
Oriana earned her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Bay State College and was licensed in 2016, along with an associate in Athletic Training from Dean college, bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Umass Lowell, and is a licensed massage therapist since 2013. Oriana joined the NPT team as a physical therapist assistant in 2016. Through previous clinical affiliations, Oriana is well rounded in the back boot camp protocol.
When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog, doing craft projects, working out and being out doors. Oriana is also new head coach of Rock Steady Boxing.
